Collaboration Experience
While working in DC from 1998 to 2005 Bob Andrew was quite active in federal collaboration with intergovernmental communities in GSA's monthly " Collaborative Expedition Workshop" at NSF and the ensuing Communities of Practice supported by a Portal, Wiki, Community Forum & Repository.

From 1995-1998 he was Project Manager of Mobil Corp's GENIE Global EHS Network Info. Enabler). He first worked to define needs in the new Mobil Global Professional Services organization to align EH&S "Management Systems" across E&P, Transportation, Refining, Chemicals, and Distribution. Defined 9 core functionalities supported by "GENIE", contracted skilled developers to write GENIE framework and modules, starting with "Issues Management". GENIE architecture then became the model for "BestNet" for doing Best Practice "knowledge sharing" across all Exxon-Mobil.
