Downsized from two-Bedroom w/ Maids room to this One Bedroom w/ Study

Although much smaller in floor area, it has
a better kitchen with more counter space,
cabinets and daylight. We have dedicated
basement garage parking space.

It is well-insulated with quality windows, so
do not hear our neighbors, traffic or planes.
(We're about 2km from Dubai Airport).

Being on a top floor at a corner, our loggia
(covered patio) catches all of the breezes.
